Dr. Teri Mitchell, a midwife with nearly a decade of experience, opened BundleBorn Midwifery. Teri decided to open BundleBorn Midwifery in 2016 to bring holistic care to families all across the Frisco area. She began to build a team of experts to provide complete holistic care, including fellow Certified Nurse Midwife Amber Higgs.
On top of midwifery care, you’ll find Dr. Ali Saldivar, a chiropractor, and T’Arah Craig, a prenatal nurse and DONA-certified doula. With the practice, you can receive total care to keep you feeling your best throughout your pregnancy.

BundleBorn Midwifery is here to put control of your delivery back into your hands. Whether you’re planning a hospital birth or a relaxing home birth, they’ll work with you to make your experience positive. They believe that pregnancy and birth are natural processes of the body and that education is the best tool.
They’ll speak openly and honestly throughout your appointments to ensure you have all the information you need to make decisions. If you have concerns, they’ll take the time to address them and ensure you never feel rushed. The midwives are trauma-informed and ask for explicit consent throughout your care.
The midwives believe in minimal intervention throughout your delivery. They’ll stay by your side and make sure you can see your birth plan through. If an emergency does arise, they’ll ensure you get the care you need. Following delivery, they’ll provide you with postpartum checks and keep an open line of communication in case you have any concerns.

On top of their expert prenatal care, the office provides holistic, well-person visits. You can visit them for annual physicals, pap smears, blood testing, family planning, breast exams, preconception counseling, and more.
